Health guarantee

1-Year Health Guarantee

We are committed to providing healthy and happy puppies to our customers. Our 1-year health guarantee covers the following congenital conditions:

  • Heart defects (scale 4 or above)

  • Congenital organ dysfunction resulting in death

  • Congenital defects causing death

  • Life-threatening congenital defects resulting in death

Claim Process

If your puppy develops an untreatable life-threatening congenital defect or passes away due to a heart, organ, or genetic defect, you must:

  1. Submit the initial veterinary exam records.

  2. Provide a photo of the deceased puppy.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement puppy of the same breed, sex, and quality. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

To make a claim, you must:

  • Submit all initial vet exam reports indicating the condition was congenital and not caused by the owner within 48 hours of the initial diagnosis.

  • Ensure the vet exam or autopsy confirms a 100% congenital issue as the cause of death.

  • Our veterinarian will review the case before a final decision is made.

  • All claim documents must be submitted within 48 hours of the diagnosis.

Veterinary Care & Vaccinations

All our puppies receive:

  • Core vaccinations, including rabies

  • Optional vaccinations such as Kennel Cough

  • Internal and external parasite treatments

Note: Hydrocephalus is only considered a valid claim if the puppy suffers from a seizure disorder.

Conditions Not Covered

We do not cover common or treatable conditions, including:

  • Luxating patella

  • Hernias

  • Open fontanel

  • Parasites

  • Blood sugar or skin issues

It is crucial to properly feed your puppy to prevent hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). While we treat all puppies for parasites/worms, they are common in young dogs and may reoccur due to environmental factors.

Veterinary Expenses & Reimbursement Policy

We are not responsible for veterinary bills after the first 72 hours (3 days) of arrival. During this period, we will cover up to $300 for treatment costs (excludes exams, x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood work, and routine check-ups).

To request reimbursement:

  • Email proof of expenses to the seller before reimbursement is processed.

  • Allow up to 6 weeks for processing.

  • Additional documentation may be requested.

The health guarantee is valid only if the contract is signed before receiving the puppy. If signed after receiving the puppy or left unsigned, the guarantee is voided.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for veterinary bills or shipping costs for a replacement puppy.

  • All claim documents must be submitted within 1 year of purchase.

  • Congenital findings must be reported within 48 hours of diagnosis.

  • We do not guarantee changes in eye color, coat color, or weight.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How long do puppies live?

A puppy’s lifespan depends on proper care, diet, and environment. Our puppies are sourced from reputable breeders, not puppy mills, ensuring a healthier and longer lifespan.

Will my puppy grow in size?

Yes. Puppies are living animals and will grow. We provide estimated sizes based on their parents and grandparents, but variations may occur due to genetics, diet, and exercise.

Note: Our videos are taken when puppies are 3 months old.
